MAN CITY IN THE CLEAR TO SIGN STAR MIDFIELDER

 

Manchester City have received a boost in their race to sign Olympique Lyon star Houssem Aouar, according to reports in France. The midfielder is expected to be sold in the summer with several clubs interested in his services.

French side PSG had been thought as a major destination for the player but France Football claims that the Paris club have dropped out of the race for the midfielder. The capital club was the only club to have shown real interest in the player.

Brazil Coach Build for World Cup with Younger Team

Brazil was out of the Russia 2018 World Cup with a short-term objective which was to win the Copa America on the home soil. They had been successful in accomplishing the mission. Tite, the coach has confessed that he was anguished after returning from the World Cup being eliminated by Belgium in the quarter-final. However, winning Copa changed that.

He commented that victory has given him some peace and announced the coming trip of the squad to the United States. Brazil is going to play against Colombia on 6th September in Miami and Peru four day later at Los Angeles. This is how they are going to start out on the road to the next World Cup. Kaka To Work For AC Milan As A Scout

AC Milan by Serie A gave Kaka, the former Brazilian star and winner of 2007 Ballon d’Or an assignment to scout the team he played with for 6 seasons. This was mainly to get Lucas Paqueta from Flamengo in Brazil to San Siro. Before a week ago, the sporting director of the team Leonardo Araujo gave a confirmation that Kaka will resume work for AC Milan. Araujo said Kaka would be with them as the bonding is still there. Although there is no specific role, however Kaka would be with the team as he is associated to the history of AC Milan. Kaka has well managed his career so far and also capable of representing the club and its style as per Leonardo.

The 21 year old became a part of AC Milan in 2003 from Sao Paulo. Thereafter he was at the peak of career when he helped the club to get one Serie A Champion, one FIFA Club World Cup, one UEFA Champions League, and one Supercoppa Italiana title.

Croatia, World Cup bound and set to face Argentina, Nigeria and Iceland, hoped to use the Brazil game to prepare. Well, it helped as it exposed a lot of flaws as they lost 2-0. They tried matching Brazil player for player in the first half of the game before superstar Neymar came from the bench to break their resolution with a spectacular goal. Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino doubled the bottomline to seal the victory for one of the favourites to lift the cup in Russia.

Kaka Performing Well In MLS

The Brazilian Ricardo Kaka kick-started his career during his first tenure as a player of Ac.Milan, in the Italian club is where Kaka managed to breakout and earn a number of accolades before eventually being sold to Real Madrid for a price of €65 million but everything started to fall apart for him in Spain as he was being plagued with injuries and couldn’t get enough playing time in the Spanish club.

After 4 disappointing seasons with Real Madrid, Kaka decided to make his return to Ac.Milan and the Brazilian was able to display a few flashes of brilliance but he was ultimately sold to the Major League Soccer team Orlando City.

Orlando City will enter the Major League Soccer in January of 2015 and Kaka was transferred to Sao Paulo for a few months until the expected date.

Even at his 32 years of age Kaka still continues making a huge a presence in Sao Paulo as the head coach of the team, Muricy Ramalho explained:

“We didn’t doubt that Kaka would play well. We suffered a lot last year. Kaka arrived to give the team the final touch,” Ramalho said immediately after yesterday’s match.

Ricardo Kaka is a consistent player in Sao Paulo as he has played in just about every single match for his club and the former Ac.Milan player established himself as one of the main attacking outlets for Sao Paulo along with Alexandre Pato, Alan Kardec and Paulo Henrique Ganso. That combination of attacking players that Muricy Ramalho has at his disposal is widely regarded to be the most potent offensive quartet in the Brazilian league and it has helped Sao Paulo on claiming the top spots of the Brazilian league.
