Brazilian football icon Kaka believes that Chelsea star Romelu Lukaku is the best striker in the world at the moment. Kaka has been impressed with Lukaku since his big money transfer back to Chelsea for his second spell at Stamford Bridge.

Kaka named Lukaku as the best striker in the world during an interview with Italian publication Gazzettadello Sport. According to him, Lukaku reminds him of ex-Brazilian national team colleague Adriano in terms of his physical strength, speed and intelligence. Kaka knows a thing or two about strikers having played with the likes of Filippo Inzaghi, Ronaldo and Raul Gonzalez during his playing career.

AC Milan legend Kaka is certain that Lukaku is the best finisher in the world right now. The Belgian all-time topscorer has hit four goals in four games for Chelsea since his £98m transfer from Inter Milan this summer. He returned to the Blues after seven years in the colours of clubs like Everton, Manchester United and Inter Milan.

Lukaku made it three goals in two games as Chelsea began the defence of their Champions League title with a 1-0 win over Russian champions Zenit St. Petersburg at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night. Chelsea found it hard to see off the Russians at home until Lukaku intervened via a header off the cross from Spanish defender Cesar Azpilicuetain the final quarter of their Group H clash.

Belgian striker Lukaku had earlier celebrated his return to Stamford Bridge with a brace in his first game. He scored twice as Chelsea thrash Aston Villa 3-0 at home to maintain their perfect record in the Premier League. The Blues have not dropped a single point at home after two league games and they have scored three goals in each of the two games. Chelsea have scored six goals in two home matches in the league without conceding any goal.
