MORE PLAYERS NEEDED

After losing a number of high profile players in the summer and after losing Alexandre Pato a few weeks ago, AC Milan are finally on course to bring in a few high profile players before the end of the January transfer window as they have been linked with both Mario Balotelli and their former star Kaka. The 30-year-old Brazilian international moved to Real Madrid in a then-world record deal of £ 62 million. However, he has struggled for form and fitness during his time at the Santiago Bernabeu. Now, the Brazil international is keen to bring his Spanish career to an end by returning to AC Milan.

The AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani revealed that it would be financially impossible to bring Kaka to the San Siro unless the player decides to take a wage cut. They have been holding talks with the Spanish club over the last couple of weeks, while they have also been positions with the Premier league champions Manchester City over the sale of Mario Balotelli. The 22-year-old has caused a lot of problems at the club, and he is keen to return to Italy. They are similar striker Stephan El Shaarawy has said that it would be a dream come true to play alongside either Balotelli or Kaka.

“It would be a dream to play with Kaka. I would welcome him with open arms, and maybe it can happen, but even with Mario I would feel good,” said the youngster, who has been a breath of fresh air for AC Milan. Due to the lack of high profile players, AC Milan have struggled in the league this season. They are closer to the bottom half of the table than to the top three positions, which will give them Champions league football in the subsequent season.

KAKA WOULD BE WELCOMED

The LA Galaxy striker Robbie Keane has said that he would welcome the possibility of the club signing the Brazilian midfielder Kaka in the January transfer window. LA Galaxy have recently lost the services of a star name in the form of David Beckham after the former England international decided not to renew his contract with the MLS club due to his search for a new challenge. As a result, it is thought that the club will be interested in the possibility of signing a star name in order to fill the quota. The Brazilian midfielder Kaka has been linked with many clubs across the world.

Now, LA Galaxy have also joined in the list of clubs interested in securing his services. The former AC Milan midfielder has endured a difficult time at the Santiago Bernabeu due to a succession of poor form and injuries. As a result, it is thought that the Spanish club will be interested in the possibility of letting the player leaves in order to compensate his huge wages. Kaka is currently earning around £ 12 million per season, which is a huge weight on the club. The manager José Mourinho is of the opinion that he can bring an another player for this wage bill.

“If we want to – as a team and an organisation – to push on and be the best that we can, to attract players like Kaka would be brilliant. Someone like Kaka was only voted one of the best players in the world a few years ago. We welcome anyone with his stature and his ability to the Galaxy, but ultimately it’s down to the boss,” said the former Aston Villa and Tottenham striker Robbie Keane. LA Galaxy recently managed to win the second MLS title of the David Beckham era.

KAKA NEVER CONSIDERED LEAVING

The Real Madrid playmaker Kaka has said that he never considered the possibility of leaving Real Madrid in the summer, despite not getting regular game time over the last few seasons. The 31-year-old Brazilian midfielder has not only lost his place in the Spanish club, but also at the international level. However, he recently made a successful comeback to the international team after more than two years of not playing for the Brazilian team. This follows the impressive form he has shown for Real Madrid over the last few weeks. The 31-year-old has suffered a number of injury problems since his £ 64 million move from AC Milan in 2009.

He has certainly not recovered well from these injuries, what he has learned to play with them. As a result, this has had a positive effect on his game over the last couple of weeks. Even though he is getting enough game time at Real Madrid, there have been suggestions that he may still want to leave the club in the January transfer window. Kaká, though, has rejected such speculation by saying that he wants to remain with the Spanish club at least for the foreseeable future. He has said that he still has three years left on his current contract.

“Even when there was lots of talk in the summer I did not think about leaving because I was sure I could bring a lot to Real Madrid. I still have three years left on this contract and I think I can contribute. I want to continue at Real Madrid, earn a place in the team and win titles. I think those games I had with the Selecao were very good for me. They made it clear that I am in good shape, playing well and it was important for me personally,” said Kaka.

SAHIN HOLDS KAKA SECRET

The Liverpool midfielder Nuri Sahin has said that he is aware of the next destination of the Brazil international Kaka. The 31-year-old Brazil international has been linked with a move away from Real Madrid for the last few seasons now. He has struggled for both form and fitness since his £ 62 million move from AC Milan in 2009. The former world player of the year is still regarded as one of the best in the world, but he does not get regular game time at the Santiago Bernabeu due to the presence of quality players in front of him.

Even the 23-year-old Turkish international Nuri Sahin was not able to get regular first-team football at Real Madrid, which led to his season long loan deal to Liverpool. Now, he has said that he is aware of the next destination of the player, but has failed to reveal that. It is widely expected that Kaka will seal a move to the MLS to follow in the footsteps of the Brazil legend Pele. Meanwhile, Nuri Sahin has also said that Kaka rejected an offer to move to Turkey. Kaka has not made a single appearance for Real Madrid this season.

“I know he had an offer from Turkish football. And I know what decision he is taking in the winter market, but I cannot reveal that,” Sahin told NTVSport. “This summer, before the friendly against Real Madrid in New York, I spoke with Kaka. Milan were serious about taking him back, but the cost was too high. I also spoke with Galliani and Berlusconi… everyone here at Milan would like the return of Kaka,” said the AC Milan striker Robinho. Despite these rumours, it is widely expected that Kaka will seal a move to the United States of America.

KAKA DECIDES HIS FUTURE

The manager of Real Madrid, Jose Mourinho, has said that it is up to Kaka to decide whether he wants to leave the club or not. The club hasn’t released him yet, but, if he doesn’t want to continue playing for Real Madrid, he can leave the club. There have been reports that Kaka might take transfer to his old club AC Milan. Mourinho said that Kaka is a great player and he can win the matches single handedly on his day. He has looked in fine form in the pre season matches. So, if he stays with the club, it would be good for Real Madrid, but, if he doesn’t want to be with the club any more, the club can’t force him to stay.

On being asked about the targets of the club in the upcoming season, Mourinho said that the team would like to defend La Liga and would also like to win the Champions League. Real Madrid had won the La Liga in the last season. The team scored a total of 121 goals in the League which is a record. By winning La Liga, Real Madrid ended Barcelona’s dominance in the League. But, Mourinho said that Barcelona is a very good team and there are some great players in the Barcelona side. So, the Real Madrid players should be careful with Barcelona in the upcoming season. With David Villa getting 100% fit, Barcelona has become even more dangerous side.

On being asked about La Liga, Mourinho said that it is one of the best leagues in the world as far as the standard of the game is concerned. You would have hardly seen a one sided match in the league. All the teams are strong and fight hard in each and every match.

KAKA RETURN RULED OUT

AC Milan transfer supremo Adriano Galliani has said that there is no way that AC Milan would be able to re-sign Kaka from Real Madrid. The Brazilian international left the club a few seasons ago for a transfer fee worth around £ 62 million, which briefly made him the world record signing only to be overtaken by Cristiano Ronaldo a few days later. However, he has struggled for form and fitness in his time at Real Madrid, which has prompted rumours that the Spanish club will be willing to cut their losses and sell the player. He has been linked with many clubs across the world, while AC Milan have also been mooted as a possible destination.

Kaka has always stated that he regarded AC Milan as his second home after he became a global star only at this club. Hence, it is thought that AC Milan will be looking to make a move for the Real Madrid midfielder knowing that they should sign a number of players in order to remain competitive this season. A number of high-profile players have left the club in the summer transfer window. Players like Gattuso and Nesta have left the club following the end of their contracts, while Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva have been sold for around £ 55 million.

“It will be very difficult. There are a thousand factors which could make this impossible. As always, the problem is money. Milan cannot afford to pay some wages, because Spain have a different tax system. The law there has changed but only for future contracts. The contracts that were already signed will stay as they were. That shirt is free for the moment,” said Galliani. Rumours of his return were prompted when many notice to the fact that the number 22 shirt has been left free.

KAKA MIGHT LEAVE

Real Madrid midfielder Kaka looks set to finally bring an end to his stay at the Santiago Bernebeu after admitting that he could leave the Spanish club in the summer. The former AC Milan midfielder has struggled with a lot of injury problems since his then-world record £ 62 million move from the Italian club a few seasons ago. He has been largely overshadowed by the £ 80 million striker Cristiano Ronaldo. The significant number of knee troubles he has faced in the last couple of seasons has also not helped the matter for the Brazilian. He has now lost his place in the international team as well.

There has been a lot of speculation linking him with a move to Chelsea when there were managed by former AC Milan manager Carlo Ancelotti. Since the departure of the Italian, Kaka has been increasingly linked with a move to French club PSG. They seem to be the destination as the days pass due to the fact that they remain the only club with the financial muscle of being able to afford a player like Kaka. The 30-year-old is coming to the end of his career, and he has revealed the possibility of playing at the club back in Brazil in the near future.

“It is possible that I could leave Madrid this summer. I don’t know yet. If this was to be the case then I would want to play for another big European club and try to win titles again. Then I’d like to finish my career in Brazil,” said Kaka in response to the questions regarding his future. Despite his problems, he is expected to cost around £ 30 million. He is also currently one of the top earning football players in the world right now.

KAKA ENJOYING HIS FOOTBALL

Real Madrid midfielder Kaka has said that he is once again enjoying football and that he is very much looking forward to becoming a regular part of the Real Madrid first-team. Kaka joined Real Madrid for a then world record fee of £ 64 million, but has struggled at Madrid for both form and fitness. Since the arrival of manager José Mourinho, Kaka has failed to nail down a first-team spot partly because of form and partly because of fitness. However, in the last few weeks, he has been showing signs of resurgence, which was finally capped off by the brilliant display against APOEL.

The 29-year-old playmaker was once again at his best in the match against Cyprus side APOEL in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Following their 3-0 win in the first leg, Real Madrid were the favourites to qualify for the semifinals of the competition where they could be facing the likes of Bayern Munich or Marseille. However, José Mourinho has said ahead of the second leg encounter between the two clubs that it was going to be a tough encounter nonetheless. Kaka was excellent in the first leg after he came on as a substitute. He started the match against APOEL at the Santiago Bernabeu.

He scored stunning goal against APOEL that reminded people about his quality. Speaking after the match, the Brazilian said that he is close to returning to his best. “The confidence in myself is returning. I did not have trust to shoot from distance and today I dared to do it. I am happy because I am growing and improving. I can do more things: goals, assists, everything that the team needs. But there is a lot of competition because our attackers score many goals,” he told reporters after the game, which put Real Madrid in the semifinals of the Champions League.
